About lindsay

Lauded as "New and notable" by NoiseTrade for her "moving, hopeful songwriting" that merges country, folk and pop influences, artist Lindsay Ellyn got her start in 2010 playing original music in the East Village and Lower East Side of New York City. After growing an audience in New York following her 2012 EP release, Shores, Lindsay relocated to Nashville in April of 2014.

Her 2015 EP, Out of Road was named EP of the Year by Queens of Country. Joe Wolfe-Mazeres of Ear to the Ground: A Music Blog referenced Out of Road as his "most-anticipated" release of that year, noting, "Lindsay Ellyn represents all the best qualities of the 'New Nashville' music scene...she brings a fresh perspective and a new voice to town while maintaining an understanding and interest in the traditions that made us Music City in the first place." She is currently working on a full-length album.
